If you have questions about navigating D2L or for Basic computer questions you can visit the Library on the 2nd Floor of Building B. Students can stop by the Student Success Center or make an appointment to meet with a tutor to get assistance. Brightspace D2L also has more tutorial videos and a page for common questions to assist students with navigating. You can also use the Live Chat function at the bottom of the Brightspace D2L Homepage for questions about using the platform. For questions about your classes, you will need to contact your instructor.
Self Service Password Issues
If you have not gotten your login username for Self Service or if you are unable to reset your password after you attempt to reset your password in Self Service, please contact Student Services at 1-803-535-1224 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
