The username and password you have for Self Service will be used to log in to Brightspace D2L.
If you need to reset your password, you will go to Self Service to reset your password for both systems. Reset password
If you do not know your username or if you are having trouble resetting your password for Self Service, please contact Student Services at 803-535-1224 or send an email to askme@octech.edu. Your username for Self Service was given to you in your acceptance letter and you will have to set up your Self Service account before Brightspace D2L. If you were just admitted to the college your access to D2L may take 24 hours before you will be able to log in to Brightspace D2L. If you are only resetting your password you may have to wait 15-30 minutes for the systems to sync.
